We are proud of the personalised support we offer our clients.
We want our clients to know how much we value them and good
customer service is one way we show it. Instead of just providing
an on-line support ticketing system, we encourage clients in
the first instance to phone or email us directly. This will
often provide the fastest response and speedy resolution to
your enquiry - especially if you just have a quick question
you need answered.
There are three ways in which you can obtain NetServe support.
1. You can use the Client Support area within the Control Panel.
2. Call us on 1300 66 99 23; or
3. Send an email to: support@netserve.com.au
We will soon be establishing a knowledge base which clients
can use for reference items on an 'as-needed' basis.
